  • High Efficiency: Advanced Trench Gate Field Stop technology minimizes conduction losses and achieves high efficiency in soft-switching circuits.
  • High Reliability: A maximum junction temperature of 175°C and low thermal resistance enable highly efficient heat dissipation, ensuring long-term reliability even in harsh environments.
