ASML has officially revised its full-year 2026 revenue guidance upward to a range of forty-three billion to forty-five billion euros. This major adjustment reflects robust global demand for extreme ultraviolet lithography systems, particularly driven by applications in dynamic random-access memory and advanced logic foundry manufacturing.
Driven by artificial intelligence infrastructure investments, ASML projects extreme ultraviolet system shipments to reach sixty-five units within the year. Memory-related net system sales are expected to surge by more than seventy-five percent year-over-year. Simultaneously, revenue from advanced logic nodes is anticipated to grow by more than twenty-five percent.
Looking beyond current milestones, the company expects strong semiconductor equipment demand to persist into 2027 and beyond. To accommodate this continuous pull from downstream manufacturers, ASML plans to expand its low numerical aperture extreme ultraviolet tool production capacity by thirty percent in 2027, with an additional thirty percent expansion targeted for 2028. Argon fluoride immersion system capacity will also be expanded by thirty percent in 2027, ensuring a comprehensive hardware foundation for the ongoing artificial intelligence boom.
